Shipping Policy



At Umashankar and Sons, we take pride in delivering Vrindavan’s sacred aromas to your doorstep with care and devotion. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

SECTION 1 – Packaging & Dispatch

All products are packed securely under supervision using tamper-proof, fragrance-safe material. However, once handed to the courier, we are not liable for breakage, theft, or loss in transit.

SECTION 2 – Shipping & Delivery Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful payment.

Once shipped, the estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Domestic (India): 2–7 business days after dispatch
  • International Orders: 1–3 weeks after dispatch (depending on customs and destination)

Please Note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or email once your order has been dispatched.

SECTION 3 – Free Shipping in India

Free shipping is available for all prepaid orders above ₹999. Standard shipping rates apply for orders below ₹999.

SECTION 4 – Cash on Delivery (COD)

Currently, COD is not available. This feature is coming soon – stay tuned for updates.

SECTION 5 – Courier Partners

We ship through trusted logistics services including:

  • Delhivery
  • Bluedart
  • DHL / FedEx (for international)
  • Other reputed partners based on your location

Tracking details are sent via WhatsApp/email after dispatch.

SECTION 6 – International Orders

Customs duties, VAT, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with local regulations.

SECTION 7 – Local Charges

Any applicable Octroi, Entry Tax, or remote area charges must be paid by the customer during delivery.

SECTION 8 – Order Changes or Cancellations

Email us at umashankarfragrances@gmail.com if you need to cancel an order.

  • If not shipped yet: Full refund will be issued.
  • If already shipped: Cancellation is not possible.

SECTION 9 – Stock & Availability

Prices, offers, and product availability may change without prior notice. We’ll contact you if any items are out of stock.
